Diagnostic Standards

Every watch sold on Zurichberg is graded using our condition scale. At point of authentication, an in-house Zurichberg authenticator will confirm that a purchased watch matches the condition documented on zrhbrg.ch The condition scale is as follows:

  1. Unworn - The watch has not been worn since it was purchased. There may be light signs of wear due to handling.
  2. Excellent - The watch has been carefully worn. There may be light hairline and/or surface scratches in a few areas.
  3. Great - The watch has been regularly worn. It may have been may have been polished and may have a few signs of wear.
  4. Good - The watch has been noticeably worn. It may have been polished and may have more noticeable scratches and/or nicks throughout.
